Married to Robert Zupp. Have one son, Steven who lives in NYC. I became a beautician right out of high school smd owned my own shop. I then went on to become an elementary school teacher. After retirement I studied art snd became a watercolor artist traveling to Europe to paint and study.

It was a gift for us to look up to and spend over 50 years with a rare and now days almost extinct “nice” person. She indelibly improved the lives of thousands of children as a schoolteacher, made countless days brighter with her art, and ran a household from top to bottom her whole life, thereby empowering her son and husband to be able to do everything they have done. What a lifelong blessing!

Knowing Carol well, if she were here and able, her message to you would be:

“I am sorry that I left you without saying a proper good-bye. You all held a place in my heart. Thank you for being the person(s) who you are and my friend(s). I love each and every one of you and will miss you.”

Carol’s wishes were to be cremated. There will be no formal services, but Carol's favorite beverages were white wine, Prosecco, and margaritas. If you are inclined to pour yourself one and reflect upon some of the good times shared, she will assuredly be there in spirit with you.
